THE amount of time required to reach your destination is the customer’s responsibility. We do advise on pick up time but cannot be held responsible if something beyond our control delays arrival . Any costs incurred as a result of such an event will be the customers liability.
In the unlikely event that Tw Kings Cars make a mistake and, as a direct result of this, you miss your flight / train etc., we will refund you the 50% amount of the taxi fare but we will not be liable for any other costs incurred
When picking up from any airport . Tw Kings Cars will enter the car park to meet you 30 minutes after landing . After one hour Tw Kings Cars - will be charging waiting time of £7 every 15 minutes
If you are booking a car to pick you up from outside the 15 mile radius of Tunbridge Wells ( discretion of the owner / office ) The fare will have to be payed in advance - to serve as a deposit
